Speaking of tools, if you are repairing electronics, I hightly recommend getting a screwdriver set similar to the iFixit Mako screwdriver set. This set features 64 precision bits that will help you in a myriad of situations. The cover of the case also doubles as a tray for securing the screws as you dismantle your products. The kit also features a flexible extension, helping you to get those screws out of tricky places. There are no hinges on the case, so it has quite a long lifespan. Again, if you are going to be working on any type of electronic repair, a good screwdriver is a must!
